Dayna M. Conway
A storyteller at heart, Dayna believes the most powerful ideas live at the intersection of purpose, emotion, and connection. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, she was shaped by a city known for resilience, creativity, and community. That foundation instilled in her a deep appreciation for authentic voices and stories that reflect both struggle and triumph. Today, she carries that Detroit-rooted perspective into every project, approaching storytelling with empathy, intention, and a deep respect for human experience.
With a career spanning digital strategy, content direction, and film and media production, Dayna blends critical thinking with creativity to craft narratives that resonate. Her work includes collaborations with MACRO and iHeartRadio, where she supported editorial storytelling and content development, as well as archival and narrative work connected to the Shawn Carter Foundation. She has also contributed to mission-driven storytelling efforts involving Anna Malaika Tubbs, and directed the upcoming documentary connected to the city of San Francisco’s Probation Department and Community. It is those experiences that strengthen her ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, audience-centered content.
Beyond strategy and execution, Dayna is guided by faith and a deep belief in the power of storytelling to inspire real change. She thrives on connecting with human emotion, helping organizations find their voice, and building relationships that spark collaboration and growth. Whether she’s shaping a brand narrative, directing content, or developing a digital campaign, her focus remains on creating work that feels authentic, purposeful, and memorable. To Dayna, every idea is the start of something bigger—because when the vision is clear and the belief is strong, she lives by one promise: See it, believe it, and she'll make it happen.
